  • Pro Report ($19.99): AI-enhanced analysis with personalized recommendations, action plans, and PDF report

4. AI-Generated Content

Important Notice

Pro reports contain AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI recommendations may not account for all factors specific to your business and should be independently verified.

You accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pro reports are a one-time purchase of $19.99 USD
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Pro report access is valid for 30 days from purchase

6. Refund Policy

All Sales Final - No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our product and instant delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the free audit before purchasing.

7. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Improvements in Google search ranking
  • Increases in traffic, calls, or customer visits
  • Revenue or business growth
  • Accuracy of data from Google

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid ($19.99)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Intellectual Property

You may:

  • Download and use your purchased reports for personal or business use
  • Share reports within your organization

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or republish reports
  • Use our trademarks without permission

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

12. Termination
